A new application development for one of the biggest property management companies in Texas. Tropicana properties decided to move away from its initial procedures and modernize their processes. We worked together to create an extremely powerful and complete solution to attend all their needs.

Objectives

The goal of this project was to develop a solution that would englobe every single workflow they have. The idea was to part ways with the old and traditional spread sheets and paper, and move forward to a more efficient, secure, sophisticated, and all-in-one system. The purpose of opting for a custom software was to address a specific procedure that no other software offered. Handle the low income housing and government federal programs, such as Housing Choice Voucher Program (HUD).

Results

The results are several starting from eliminating the need to deal with multiple platforms at once, making their daily routine much easier, faster, and accessible from anywhere. Digital forms and evidences reduce the use of paper, making the system eco-friendly. In addition, business intelligence analytics provide resourceful information to track all properties' health.
