Payment terms are outlined in each individual agreement. Invoices are due within the time frame specified. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information and materials exchanged during the course of the engagement. Confidential information will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nuba Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and fails to correct the breach within a reasonable period. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.

9. Changes to Terms

Nuba Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or notifying you directly. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nuba Solutions is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
